You will need a data cable IFC400 or IFC406 to work with this set. This is not included, see below under related items.
Expanation how it works :
The HiTemp140-CF datalogger is screwed into the CF202 or into a Thermalock.
(You can not screw a Thermalock into a CF202).
You can use the systems in 2 ways :
1) HiTemp140-CF + CF202. The sensor of the datalogger enters the internals of the packaging.
This is recommended with dry foods and light weight packaging were no pressure is involved, like pouches and recart packaging
2) HiTemp140-CF + Thermalock. The thermowell enters the internals of the packalging.
The sensor of the dataloggers enters into the thermowell.
This is recommended with cans and bottles with fluids, where pressure can be involved.
